Each CD has an image of the character in an outfit designed just for the CD on the cover. The character's name and, in most cases, their flag, are also on the cover.
On the back cover is the track list, always consisting of two image songs, their karaoke versions, and a mini-drama. Lyrics to both songs are included in the front insert.
The CD itself has a single-coloured design relevant to the character.
The first press of each CD came with a rare trading card, featuring the same image as the CD cover.

Italy's Character CD was the first released, on March 25, 2009.
The included songs are (お湯をひとわかししよう) by North Italy and oishii tomato no uta (おいしい☆トマトのうた, Delicious Tomato Song) by Romano.
Vol. 2 - Germany[]
The second released, April 22, 2009.
The included songs are (ゲルマン賛歌) and Einsamkeit.

Released July 29, 2009. The CD itself has a unicorn design.

France's CD was released September 30, 2009.

Russia's Character CD was released January 20, 2010. The CD's design is his metal pipe.
